This year has certainly been an eventful and challenging year for us all. Facing uncertainty, many have had to adopt new strategies, adapt to a different way of daily life and deal with inevitably changing plans and moving goalposts.
While as a nation we now find ourselves on somewhat more stable ground, it is on reflection many of our clients should feel proud in what they have undertaken to weather all that 2020 has thrown at us.
At q4 financial our focus this year has been on the wellbeing of our clients and assisting where we can to ensure the ongoing success of their personal and business goals. It has been a rollercoaster ride however we’re proud to have seen our clients move through the year with a focus on what can be achieved moving forward.
It is from this perspective we were pleased to be able to hold our annual client event, bringing our team and clients together to celebrate the little wins and their efforts over the year.
We were also pleased to be able to again throw our support behind two great causes – Little Warrior Shields and Supertee, shining some light on the great work that has been bringing smiles to sick kids’ faces.
Drawing on the essence of superheros, the two organisations work together to make the time spent in hospital for children a little more comfortable.
For Supertee, this is through providing superhero themed garments (clip shirts) which allow easier access, minimising discomfort for children connected via tubes and lines to medical equipment.
For Little Warrior Shields, whose inventor Damien Brand joined us for the evening, it’s gifting handmade lightweight shields and warrior helmets to children staying in hospital – bringing a sense of fun and protection while they fight their own individual health battles.
We’re proud to have been able to end the year with a donation to these two wonderful organisations, highlighting a little good in what has been a difficult year for many.
