q4 Giving Days

For the people, by the people. A giving initiative allows the team to create their own ‘nirvana’ based on their personal areas of interest. Each quarter has a team and a theme – one of Community, Health & Wellbeing, Giving or Environment.

Wellness

We encourage all staff to interact with our monthly wellness program where we encourage healthy habits.

Fortnightly group PT sessions at lunchtime. Monthly group yoga.

We also have a generous Health and Wellbeing reimbursement of $750 per staff member per annum. This is a reimbursement for things like gym memberships, exercise classes, massage and allied health, to name a few.

Employee Assistance Program

Employee Assistance Program - confidential counselling and support service to help all our employees deal with personal or work-related problems in a positive way. This involves short term counselling of up to 4 sessions of counselling per year.
