In this edition of Inside q4, we introduce Sophie Spiteri.
Sophie joins the q4 financial team as our Client Services Coordinator. Sophie holds a bachelor’s in business management and a decade of business management experience across various industries. She has excelled in her career with a passion to support change and driving business growth.
Sophie explains how she “loves the variety and uniqueness” she has found in her career. Thriving within diversity and challenges, Sophie looks back at her experience across different industries and how it has shaped her ability to be more resilient and prioritize most efficiently. Having landed in the accounting industry, Sophie feels that she knows this space well now and that it is simply where she is meant to be.

Sophie’s skillset and a positive mindset are welcome to the q4 team. Sophie is excited to be part of the q4 team as well. “What led me to q4 was the delightful morale of the team and their support of a flexible work-life balance” she shares. She is happy to have joined a team of like-minded people at a workplace that actively supports its employees. Joining our team in a new fiscal year, with so much growth on the q4 horizon, Sophie is looking forward to taking part in that journey.
On her days away from the office, Sophie will be enjoying her time as a new mother alongside her husband. Socialising with her friends and making time for her family is her priority. Sophie will be at the beach whenever possible, dipping her toes in the ocean. An avid surfer but now a dedicated young mother has Sophie making sandcastles for now (but unlikely too much longer).
