Susan Mackenzie-Smith

Sue has had a long and varied career in project management, leadership development, senior business management and strategic planning.  She has worked in national businesses, volunteer organisations, state government and now private business.

Sue’s extroversion and sincere love of people has made it easy to transition into different roles, gaining experience and knowledge across many different industries.  She has experience in economic and industry development both here and overseas, and in regional areas of Queensland, in sectors such as manufacturing, technology, food & wine, and tourism.

q4 is the perfect home for Sue to utilise her skills in business, leadership and people development, where she works to uphold the q4 values and maintain a great culture within the team.

In her spare time Sue works on maintaining her health and wellbeing through reading, exercising, spending time with friends and family and immersing herself in the full yoga experience of meditation, asanas and breath work.
