In this edition, we are thrilled to present Annie Kumari, a talented and driven accountant who brings her expertise and passion to every client interaction. With her deep-rooted love for numbers and a genuine desire to connect with people, Annie is a true asset to our team.
Originating from Kolkata, India, Annie’s path led her to Brisbane in 2016. After completing her high school education, she pursued a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Queensland, majoring in Accounting and Finance. Throughout her academic journey, she discovered her innate affinity for numbers, and accounting became an area where everything just “clicked” for her.
Driven by a genuine curiosity and a thirst for knowledge, Annie is a firm believer that education knows no boundaries. She sees learning as a lifelong endeavour, and in the early stages of her career, she is dedicated to absorbing as much knowledge as possible. Accounting captivates her because it offers limitless opportunities for growth and development.
Annie is currently pursuing a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification, further honing her skills, and expanding her expertise to better serve her clients. Looking ahead, she aspires to join our client management team, combining her accounting proficiency with her natural talent for communication and relationship-building. Annie finds joy in helping and engaging with clients, offering them not only exceptional accounting services but also the support and guidance they need to succeed.
Outside of the q4 office, Annie enjoys exploring new bars and restaurants, keeping fit through activities like hikes and indoor climbing, and attending dance classes. Her favourite dance style is a unique mix of hip-hop, contemporary, and street dance. Annie firmly believes that staying engaged in her favourite activities enhances her effectiveness both inside and outside the office.
